October 1: In a vision I saw an ancient scribe seated at a table with quill in hand. There was a light shining through the only window in the room. He was focused and wholly given to the task at hand as he was very careful to write only what the Lord was giving him. It was a word of encouragement from God to His people to not give up, but to stand fast in truth, power and anointing, and to live in Christ continually. And, I heard the Lord say, "I am doing a deep and profound inner work in My people that will produce purity of heart and life in the Spirit." Psalm 24:3-4 Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully.

October 2: I want to give you revelation of how things work, both spiritually and naturally, so that your understanding can position you to accomplish all that I have set you to do. This will require your undivided attention and concentration on that which I am revealing to you. But, you will not be disappointed with the results, says the Lord. Prepare yourself to see and know. Proverbs 24:3 Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established.

October 3: Be relevant to what I have called you to do. Stay present and connected to current circumstances so that you can know and understand what you need to learn. The lessons of this time are vital to your success in the future. Establish and maintain your relationship to Me, says the Lord. I am your place of refuge. Psalms 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

October 4: The call has gone out to the ends of the earth to those who have ears to hear. I am calling you to dedicate yourself wholly to My kingdom and spiritual purpose. Refuse to be complacent or lukewarm. Renew your commitment to rise above worldliness and seek to walk in the power of My Spirit, says the Lord. The days are evil, but My people will be a light in the darkness. Matthew 22:14 "For many are called, but few are chosen."

October 5: Pay close attention to the subtle clues that will guide you on this path of spiritual discovery. My signs and wonders can be quiet and inconspicuous to the average observer. But, you are not average. You are My vessel chosen to stay in the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Intentionally stay close to Me with your eyes and heart wide open, says the Lord. I will bring to light those things hidden in darkness. Job 12:22 He uncovers deep things out of darkness, and brings the shadow of death to light.

October 6: Beloved, it is up to you to protect yourselves from evil influences. Establish boundaries that prevent the intrusion of things that are not godly or good for you. Otherwise, your environment will become mixed and tainted with corruption and you will be defiled. It is important to maintain spiritual purity by walking in the Spirit, says the Lord. Stay protected. 1 John 3:3 And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

October 7: One day at a time, one step at a time--this is the way you proceed. The path is before you to ascend. Come up. Come higher spiritually. Seek My face continually. Listen for My voice intently. I will show you the way, says the Lord. Refuse the temptation to stay in old places of complacency and comfort. Rise up and be on your way. Matthew 7:14 "Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it."

October 8: Position yourself for a new beginning that will follow the changes over the last months that have brought you to a place of order and in alignment with My plans and purposes. Yield at this time to the moving of My Spirit as I bring you out of a spiritual desert. And, trust Me with your life, your purpose and destiny, says the Lord. You are embarking on a new day! Psalm 118:24 This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

October 9: In a vision I saw people traveling on an elevated highway, and I heard the Lord say, "I want to lift you up and take you higher than you have been before. As you move and stay in this elevated place, it will soon become your new normal. And, from this high place, you will be able to see and understand things that have been beyond your comprehension in times past. Prepare yourself for spiritual elevation." Isaiah 49:11 I will make each of My mountains a road, and My highways shall be elevated.

October 10: Your life is not about issues that you agree with or disagree with. But, I tell you that life on earth is shorter than you have imagined. Use the opportunities that you have to secure everlasting life with Me, says the Lord. Set your sights on things that matter eternally instead of focusing on things that are temporary. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

October 11: Travel the road of redemption. This will require focused concentration to stay on course spiritually and to maintain allegiance to the invisible as you live and walk in My Spirit, says the Lord. Refuse to be diverted by worldly and emotional turmoil, but seek to find and grasp everything true and lasting. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

October 12: Allow Me to glorify Myself through you. Position yourself to be a conduit of My will and work. Every time you choose righteousness over evil, you bring glory to My kingdom. When you allow Me to pray through you or preach through you or witness through you, it is a glorious expression of who I am and who you are in Me, says the Lord. Matthew 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."

October 13: I am creating a stir in the spirit realm. This stirring is for the purpose of stimulating My faithful people to be more sensitive to My leading. I will also stir the hearts of those who once knew Me, but because of worldly tragedy and sorrow have fallen away. The call has gone out for those precious souls to seek My face again and to renew their commitment to walk with Me, says the Lord. Jeremiah 3:22 Return, you backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Indeed we do come to You, for You are the Lord our God.

October 14: Build yourself up in your most holy faith. When your faith lies dormant it becomes nothing more than a memory of what you once believed and does not produce fruit. True and vital relationship with Me requires the activity produced by your belief that I exist and that I am with you, says the Lord. Examine yourself to see what you actually believe. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

October 15: Beloved, refuse to allow anything to undermine or destroy your faith. I know that you have wondered if your faith and hope are enough to break through your challenges. And I tell you, Yes. It is enough to sustain you. Don't waver in your belief that there is spiritual, invisible help available to you in every situation. Put your trust in Me, and be strong, says the Lord. Luke 17:6 So the Lord said, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,' and it would obey you."

October 16: Be aware that following your assumptions and fantasies will most certainly take you off course. You must stay in spiritual reality and learn to hear and know My voice. I want to lead you and guide your steps where you can prosper in all things, says the Lord. Psalms 19:13 Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression.

October 17: You are entering a time of extremes when the actions and reactions of those around you will be exaggerated and beyond the scope of what you consider normal. You will also have to moderate your own behavior to stay within reasonable guidelines. This is a time when you can learn a great deal about yourself and your unbridled responses, which must be reined in for you to be in the flow of the Spirit, says the Lord. Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

October 18: Many of you, My people, want to feel more relevant and alive, but you are looking at what you can do in the natural realm to fulfill that desire. Life and relevance come from living in the Spirit and seeking an honest, personal relationship with Me, says the Lord. I am available, but you must search for Me, find Me, and pursue Me. Your connection to Me cannot be casual; it must be vital and the most important focus in your life. Jeremiah 29:13 And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

October 19: Lift yourself out of places of darkness and despair to see the wonder of My kingdom, says the Lord. Set yourself to remember the good things--the things that bring hope and joy. It is good to be grateful for what you have been given instead of bemoaning the challenges and adversity that you face in life. Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.

October 20: Do not rejoice when you see your enemies fall or fail. Their failure does not justify your position at all. When you are happy to see someone struggling, you are being vengeful. I would have you forgive, from your heart, every person who has opposed you or abused you, says the Lord. Only then will I rise up to defend and vindicate you. Hebrews 10:30 For we know Him who said, "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay," says the Lord. And again, "The LORD will judge His people."

October 21: In a vision I saw a carousel going round and round with the horses of various, bright colors going up and down as the music played in the background. I asked the Lord what the vision meant, and He said that the circus of life and circumstances are like this carousel. It seems exciting and fun at first, but it becomes very monotonous and routine. You can get off of this merry-go-round any time you want to and be about My business. But, you will have to do so deliberately and refocus your attention. Acts 17:28a "for in Him we live and move and have our being."

October 22: Stay calm and keep your emotional responses under control. There will be opportunities to react inappropriately, but if you maintain spiritual awareness and self-control you will come through unscathed. This will also be a test to see if you will take things personally and be rejected. Instead, you must forgive quickly, receive My love, and go on. Let Me lead you to a place of security in Me, says the Lord. 2 Peter 1:5-7 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love.

October 23: I would have you work at improving every situation and circumstance that you are involved in. Make things better than they were before--not just for yourself but for everyone around you. Do what you can, and leave your place on earth a better place than you found it, says the Lord. I will give you wisdom. 1 Peter 3:11 Let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it.

October 24: Watch for an acceleration in the timing of upcoming events. For some this will include the manifestation of what you have waited to see for quite some time. You will begin to experience a sense of excitement and anticipation for what I am about to do, says the Lord. I will reveal things that have remained hidden from your sight and understanding. Acts 26:16 But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you.

October 25: Before the new season begins in earnest, it would be good for you to evaluate and make necessary changes to that which is not working effectively. The corrections will tend to be small adjustments rather than large, sweeping revisions. Be sensitive to the leading of My Spirit to show you exactly what requires your attention at this time, says the Lord. Proverbs 10:17 He who keeps instruction is in the way of life, but he who refuses correction goes astray.

October 26: Examine your heart and make sure that you have no ill will or unforgiveness towards anyone, for that would negate the blessings I have in store for you. This is an opportune time to get your heart and mind aligned with My word and My will, says the Lord. Be generous in your attitudes; there is no need to be snarky. Mark 11:25 "And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.

October 27: I am shining a spotlight on you, My people, so that you can see the places in you that need adjustment. I will reveal that which is hidden in your heart that keeps you from complete transparency in My kingdom. You cannot prosper spiritually or otherwise unless you yield to correction and revision, says the Lord. There are aspects of yourself that need attention. Proverbs 3:11 My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor detest His correction.

October 28: Stay on point, and refuse to deviate from what I have set you to do and to be. Your worldly existence is fraught with diversions that will cause you to deviate from what matters. And, those distractions will not produce spiritual fruit. Renew yourself in what you know by the Spirit so that you can get on track and stay the course, says the Lord. Proverbs 4:26 Ponder the path of your feet, and let all your ways be established.

October 29: In a vision I was looking through a small rectangular window at a starry sky, and I watched the moon begin to rise above the horizon. I realized that it was a full moon, coming into full view, and giving its full light. It was so bright that the stars were eclipsed by its light. And, I heard the Lord say, "Behold My Church! She is rising to her manifest destiny. Her light is the reflection of My glory." Ephesians 4:13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

October 30: In a vision I was shaking hands with a man, and as soon as I touched him I knew he was a really bad guy. He knew he had been discovered because I saw him for who he was instead of who he wanted to portray. And, I heard the Lord say, "I want you to practice discernment so that you know good from evil in every situation and circumstance." Hebrews 5:14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

October 31: The spiritual atmosphere--the unseen realm--is alive and active with My presence and My work, says the Lord. It is moving with precision and purpose. If you could see it, you would better know and understand what I am doing, and you would be comforted. For, My entire kingdom is at work to establish My will on the earth, which is beneficial to My people. 1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
