God wants you to know that ... be gentle with yourself.

When you ask God to forgive you for past mistakes and transgressions, don’t forget to forgive yourself.

September 2

God wants you to know that ... you are strongest when you are humble.

Only the weak act with arrogance. They put their pride on display so that others may think they are powerful. But those with great strength are humble because they have no need to prove it.

September 3

God wants you to know that ... the world is warmer with your inner light shining.

When you shine your light, you encourage others to do the same and your life becomes surrounded by the warmth and love of those you share a path with.

"This little light of mine..I'm gonna let it shine....let it shine..
Hide it under a bushel NO...."

God wants you to know that ... you are never alone.

There is no place in Heaven or on Earth that is unreachable for God. Help and support are always available to you. All you need to do is ask for them.

September 5

God wants you to know that ... sometimes little things can go a long way to refresh a weary spirit.

A bath, a piece of chocolate, fragrance of flowers, music ... these things can be a soothing balm to the spirit.

September 6

God wants you to know that ... the sounds of Nature can lift your spirits.

Take time to revel in the joyful songs of the birds, the splash of a bubbling brook, the whisper of the wind through the trees, and the roar of the ocean's waves. These sounds can deeply nourish your soul.

September 7

God wants you to know that ... she who kneels before God can stand before anyone.

Take refuge in God and you will be able to handle anything life throws your way.

September 8

God wants you to know that ... you have so much to offer to the world.

There is no limit to the love you can share, to the happiness you can inspire, to the peace you can bring.

September 9

God wants you to know that ... you are on the right path.

Keep on walking, and one day you will turn back and see that all was as God meant it for you, - perfect.

September 10

God wants you to know that ... courage is not always obvious.

Sometimes courage speaks in a small voice of quiet determination to return tomorrow and try again.

September 11

God wants you to know that ... it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks.

People are always judging each other and, the truth is, they're not very good at it. Don't put a lot of concern into what people think of you. You weren't created to please and entertain everyone. You were created to be you, so feel good about yourself.

"Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be out out of the synagogue.
For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God." John 12: 42-43

September 12

God wants you to know that ... daily reflection is important.

Start off your day in quiet contemplation. If you start to feel anxious, frustrated, angry or drained, go back to that place in your mind and refocus. Do this as often as you need to and see how your life changes for the better.

September 13

God wants you to know that ... what you say and what you do matters.

When you show kindness to others, your words and actions have a positive ripple effect which spreads out to affect many people. The same thing happens when you are impatient, intolerant or indifferent to others. What kind of effect do you want to have?
