Wake up all the desire and pleasure that your body is capable of experiencing, let your past go, and follow your bliss just for the health of it.
My inner wisdom will instruct me if I have a problem. I must then ask myself, "What do I have to lose if I solve the problem right now?" Better yet, "What do I have to gain if I solve the problem right now?"
